JHOL is a fresh new concept by chef Hari Nayak that will excite senses and challenge perceptions of India as we know it. The word ‘JHOL’ is a popular Bombay hindi slang to denote ‘mischief’. The distinctive cuisine at JHOL will be focusing on the areas around Konkan and Malabar on the West Coast as well as Chettinad, Pondicherry and Bay of Bengal on the East Coast of India. Our menu is mostly designed for sharing, a unique blend of ethnic and progressive dishes from the southern peninsular region of India. Our focus will be to create regional modern Indian plates and drinks, served in a casual relaxed space.
